• OZ needs to approve your repair before you send anything in. This helps us ensure everything goes smoothly.
• Not covered by warranty? We can still help! Labor for non-warranty repairs is $90/hour. We’ll let you know the estimated cost beforehand.
• Once you get a repair quote, you have 30 days to decide if you’re in. If not, we’ll recycle the equipment for free, or you can get it back for a $90 fee (plus shipping).
• No guarantees on repairs, but we’ll do our best! Our team of experts will inspect your equipment and give you an honest quote.
