Our products have various warranty periods depending on the product. OZ Lifting Products guarantees the products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the length of the warranty time listed from the original date of purchase. Please refer to your owner’s manual or visit our “Downloads” section to access the owner’s manual.
Our overload protection is standard on all our premium hoists and select electric series models. The overload protection is integral to the product and prevents the operator from overloading the hoist. The overload resets itself and the hoist can go right back into service. Every product featuring overload is tested at our facility in Minnesota by certified OZ technicians to guarantee product performance.
Yes, a test certificate is included with each product and ensures the product has been load tested. An individual serial number provides complete traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
