  • Are you a distributor or an end-user? If you’re an end-user, it’s important to contact the distributor where you purchased this product for specific return instructions.
  • To ensure a smooth return, all returns need prior approval from OZ. This helps us maintain excellent quality and service for everyone.
  • We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase from your distributor. OZ reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.
