All orders are subject to credit department approval and are FOB and/or Ex Works Winona, Minnesota.
FREIGHT: To minimize any shipping delays, OZ Lifting Products, LLC® reserves the right to use the carrier of its choice. OZ Lifting Products, LLC® reserves the right to apply a shipping and handling fee to all freight charges. We do not supply copies of original freight invoices. OZ Lifting Products, LLC® will attempt to comply with specific routing instructions, designated as the purchaser’s responsibility, only when provided on each individual order. Blanket instructions are not acceptable. Shipments are FOB and/or Ex Works Winona, Minnesota, unless otherwise specified.
FREE FREIGHT: OZ Lifting Products, LLC® will pay the shipping cost on new product orders over $3,500.00 net shipping to a single destination within the continental United States via standard shipping service. The customer will pay the difference between any requested expedited shipping methods and the standard freight allowance on orders that qualify for free freight.
SHIPMENT INFORMATION: It is the responsibility of the purchasing party to provide accurate shipping information on purchase orders. This includes a verified shipping address, recipient contact name & phone number, and any recipient-required order identification such as a purchase order number. Failure to provide complete and accurate shipment information may result in delayed shipments and/or retroactively billed shipping/service charges. To ensure intact delivery OZ Lifting Products, LLC® reserves the right to dictate shipping method – LTL/truck shipment rather than parcel/ground service.
3RD PARTY FREIGHT CHARGES: When providing a 3rd party shipping account number it is the responsibility of the purchasing party to provide an accurate billing address for the 3rd party account. Failure to provide accurate 3rd party billing information may result in retroactively billed shipping/service charges.
COLLECT FREIGHT CHARGES: When requesting freight charges to be billed collect to the shipment recipient it is the responsibility of the purchasing party to verify that addresses are correct and billed charges will be approved. Failure to provide accurate information may result in retroactively billed shipping/service charges.
INSPECTION/CLAIMS: On all FOB and/or Ex Works factory shipments, title to the merchandise passes to the purchaser at the time the merchandise leaves OZ Lifting Products, LLC®’s factory dock. The purchaser should inspect the shipment thoroughly when received for damage or shortages and should not sign for the merchandise until satisfied that all merchandise has arrived in good condition. Any claim for loss or damage by the purchaser must be settled with the carrier. The purchaser should inspect the product(s) thoroughly for non-conforming goods within 10 days of receipt of goods and inform OZ Lifting Products, LLC® of any discrepancies within that time. OZ Lifting Products, LLC® accepts no responsibility for losses or delays in transit.
MINIMUM ORDER: All orders have a $25.00 minimum total order amount excluding shipping costs.
RETURNS: OZ Lifting Products, LLC®’s prior approval is required before any merchandise is returned. Approved returned merchandise must have an RGA# (Returned Goods Authorization Number) issued by OZ Lifting Products, LLC®. Requests to return items must be made within 30 days of original purchase. No returns will be accepted by OZ Lifting Products, LLC® without an RGA#. Approved, unused returned merchandise will have a minimum applied charge of 25% of original product cost, subject to condition upon receipt. OZ Lifting Products, LLC® does not accept collect shipments. Damaged, custom, modified or non-standard products (including hoists and rope assemblies with non-standard lengths of lift) are non-returnable.
ORDERING: Purchase orders can be emailed to sales@ozliftingproducts.com. Verbal purchase orders are not accepted. If your business is capable of sending orders via EDI and is not currently sending to OZ Lifting Products LLC® through an EDI channel, please contact us.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE/ORDER CHANGES: Purchase orders emailed to sales@ozliftingproducts.com will receive an email order acknowledgement once mutually approved by purchaser and OZ Lifting Products, LLC®. Additions/changes to purchase orders after acknowledgement will be considered new orders and will not be included with orders already placed.
SHIPPING LEAD TIME: Standard lead time on in-stock products is 2-3 business days after purchase order confirmation. Same day shipping may be available by request with expedite fees applicable.
CANCELLATION: We understand that situations arise where orders that are in process may need to be cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply based on product and/or order status. The customer will be responsible for freight charges on any orders that are cancelled while enroute.
LIMITED WARRANTY
OZ Lifting Products, LLC® guarantees products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the length of the warranty time listed in the product’s operator’s manual.
This warranty does not apply to products that show signs of misuse, overloading, alteration, improper maintenance or negligence. The normal wear and tear of moving parts is excluded from the warranty. Moving parts are defined as brake discs, wire rope and other wear components that are subject to use conditions. This warranty does not cover any costs related to removal of these products, lost time, or any other incidental or consequential damages/costs resulting from the claimed defects.
If these products fail during the warranty period due to defective materials or workmanship, they will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of OZ Lifting Products, LLC®. Any product subject to a warranty claim must be returned, prepaid, to an authorized OZ Lifting Products, LLC® warranty depot, along with proof of purchase. Upon repair, the product will be returned to the customer free of charge. If no defect is found, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. The product’s warranty will be effective for the remainder of the original warranty period.
It is the operator’s responsibility to ensure that the product is used in accordance with all applicable local codes, regulations, and safety standards. OZ Lifting Products, LLC® assumes no liability for any damages or injuries resulting from the improper use of the product.
OZ Lifting Products, LLC® will not be held liable for the following, arising from the use of these products: injuries to persons or property, death, incidental, consequential, or contingent damages, whether negligent or deliberate. It is the sole responsibility of the owner to install and operate these products properly and safely.
This is OZ Lifting Products, LLC®’s only written warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties implied by law such as merchantability and fitness. The sale of products from OZ Lifting Products, LLC® under any other warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, is not authorized.
NOTE: OZ Lifting Products, LLC® has the right to alter the design of or discontinue the production of any product without prior notice.
PARTS & REPAIRS
PARTS ORDERS: All orders, including parts only orders, have a $25.00 minimum total order amount excluding shipping costs. All sales are final on parts orders. No returns or exchanges on parts orders.
REPAIRS: Labor for non-warranty repairs will be billed at a rate of $90.00 per hour.
30 DAY REPAIR ESTIMATE APPROVAL: Customers have 30 DAYS to approve a repair estimate after they are contacted the first time. If no approval is given within 30 days, the product(s) will be removed from our system and the product(s) will be recycled. OZ Lifting Products, LLC® recycles the product(s) at no charge. If you would like the OZ Lifting Products, LLC® product(s) returned, there is a $90 estimate fee, plus freight, to return the disassembled tool.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 days from invoice date. These terms are extended to open account customers with a record of prompt payment. A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be added to outstanding balances over 60 days old. Accounts with outstanding balances over 60 days old will immediately be placed on shipping hold. Special orders require advanced payment terms. Expedited charges will apply on orders that require any after hour services.
NET 30 PAYMENT METHODS: Net 30 accounts in good standing may make payment via check or direct ACH bank deposit. Wire transfers are accepted for payments originating in the U.S. and will incur a $10.00 domestic wire fee. For international payment options please contact OZ Lifting Products, LLC® sales staff.
PRE-PAYMENT METHODS: Pre-payment with credit card or ACH via a secure emailed link is available upon request and for accounts placed on pre-payment status by OZ Lifting Products, LLC®’s accounting dept. Payment must be made in full before any prepaid orders will ship. Credit card payments will incur a processing fee of 5% of the order total. ACH pre-payments will incur a $5.00 processing fee.
ACCOUNT: Orders can ship to open accounts upon Credit Department approval.
