Keeps synthetic rope assemblies properly tensioned, even when lowering the hook with no load. Universally designed for any synthetic rope assemblies with hook eye diameter between 11/32-9/16”. This 10 lb. headache ball promotes smooth rope spooling and helps minimize slack during operation. Constructed from ANSI 1018 steel with a yellow zinc finish for long-lasting durability. Headache balls are sold separately from all davit cranes and synthetic rope assemblies.
